In New York City’s burgeoning Hudson Yards neighborhood, international banking corporation HSBC has established its new US headquarters. Eschewing wholly traditional office typologies, HSBC embraces an agile workplace concept, affording users flexibility in engaging daily with their environment.
A fresh approach to corporate design culminates in a clean, contemporary aesthetic more in line with a boutique hospitality experience than a run-of-the-mill office.
Innovation speaks through all aspects, from the use of lighting fixtures as dramatic sculptural elements, to the utilization of emerging Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology as an electrical distribution system energizing and connecting all lighting, HVAC, audio visual, and security systems throughout.
Wellness is a cornerstone to the user’s experience, with greenscaping elements deployed throughout restful, visually comfortable moments, along with a spa-like wellness studio housing spaces for fitness and meditation.

這套嶄新的企業設計思維，最終形塑出簡潔而現代的美學語彙，整體體驗更貼近精品酒店的細緻與舒適，而非制式化的辦公室氛圍，重新定義企業空間的可能性。
創新精神貫穿於設計的每一個層面，從將燈具轉化為引人注目的雕塑元素，到導入新興的乙太網路供電（PoE）技術作為整體配電系統，全面支援照明、暖通空調、視聽與安防設備的供電與連結，展現高度整合且前瞻的技術思維。
使用者健康被視為空間體驗的核心價值，綠植點綴於各個舒適宜人的休憩區域，營造清新且賞心悅目的環境；同時規劃水療式健康工作室，提供健身與冥想空間，讓工作與身心平衡得以自然共存。
