商空設計 ｜ 墨西哥聖路易斯-KBY墨西哥總部大廈 The Wave
In 2024, the Automotive Cluster of San Luis Potosí is actively working to strengthen its supply chain and attract new investments, particularly from the Asian continent. The new KBY Industrial Headquarters in San Luis Potosí is a 5,000 sqm office building situated within a 47.36-acre industrial site. Developed as part of a four-phase masterplan, the headquarters forms a key component of the third phase, supporting the site’s broader industrial expansion. The building embraces an advanced manufacturing industrial aesthetic by emphasizing industrial architecture at its finest, the building features a system of modular steel components paired with a sleek curtain wall façade, a synthesis of precision engineering and aesthetic clarity. The interior is designed to foster comfortable, collaborative, and adaptable working environments, while sustainable strategies, including natural ventilation, energy-efficient systems, and the use of water recycling system to optimize performance in response to the regional climate. The project aims to set a new benchmark for KBY’s global development, showcasing a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and industrial excellence.
2024年，聖路易斯波托西汽車產業聚落正積極強化供應鏈體系，並大力吸引來自亞洲等地的新一波投資動能。在此發展脈絡下，KBY全新工業總部座落於當地一處占地47.36英畝的工業園區內，為一棟約5,000平方公尺的現代化辦公建築。作為整體四期總體規劃的重要一環，本案屬於第三期的核心建設，肩負支援園區擴張與產業升級的關鍵角色。
建築設計承襲先進製造業的理性精神與工業美學語彙，回歸工業建築的本質，採用模組化鋼構系統，展現高度效率與彈性；外觀以線條俐落、比例純粹的帷幕立面形塑鮮明形象，在精密工程技術與清晰建築語彙之間取得平衡。
室內空間則以舒適、協作與彈性為核心，打造兼具效率與人本思維的工作環境。同時導入多項永續策略，包括自然通風設計、節能設備整合與水資源循環再利用系統，以回應在地氣候條件並提升整體建築效能。此計畫不僅象徵KBY邁向全球布局的新里程碑，更彰顯其對創新技術、永續發展與卓越工業品質的長遠承諾。
