本案榮獲 2025 加拿大未來設計獎 4 Future Awards -佳作。本案為高端住宅設計案，以現代新古典風格為題，透過純白色系結合精緻線板，構築柔雅俐落的空間氣質。團隊將宜居質感與異國風情結合，藉由材質與格局鋪陳，描繪光影與情境交錯的詩意棲所。設計著重健康與人文情懷，精選吊隱式除濕機及防霾紗窗，促進空氣流通之際，亦維持室內的純淨品質，讓居所不僅是空間載體，更承載舒適與質感的日常環境。

 This project was acknowledged in the 2025 Canada Future Design Award, 4 Future Awards. This exquisite residential design project presents a captivating modern neoclassical theme, skillfully combining pure white tones with elegant moldings to create a soft, sophisticated, and streamlined ambiance. The design team artfully merges livable quality with exotic accents, employing carefully selected materials and thoughtfully arranged layouts to construct a poetic sanctuary where light, shadow, and ambiance gracefully intertwine. Furthermore, the project places a strong emphasis on health and humanistic values. It incorporates innovative features such as concealed dehumidifiers and anti-smog window screens, which not only enhance air circulation but also safeguard indoor air quality. Consequently, these design elements transform the residence from a mere spatial container into a nurturing environment where comfort and quality are paramount, ensuring a daily experience that elevates the standards of modern living.

公領域以開放式動線鋪展，營造迎賓的敞朗氛圍。電視主牆選用藍灰色進口薄板，搭配純白造型線板與淺木地坪，勾勒大器雅緻的空間氛圍。餐廳以長型石材桌為核心，揉合皮革餐椅及金屬藝術裝飾，於日常餐敘與待客間展現精緻品味。此外，設計以淺灰櫃體呼應白色檯面，日光自窗傾瀉其間，映照明澈輕盈的空間意境。

The public area gracefully unfolds with its open layout, effortlessly cultivating a welcoming and airy ambiance. A striking feature wall behind the television showcases imported blue-gray thin panels, which harmoniously blend with pure white moldings and light wood flooring. This combination establishes a grand yet refined atmosphere that invites both relaxation and sophistication. In the dining area, the space is anchored by an elongated stone table that serves as a focal point for gatherings. Surrounding this centerpiece are elegantly upholstered leather dining chairs, accented by metallic art pieces that elevate the aesthetic, reflecting a discerning taste appropriate for both casual meals and entertaining guests. Furthermore, the light gray cabinetry complements the pristine white countertops, creating a cohesive visual appeal. As sunlight streams through the expansive windows, it bathes the area in a warm, inviting glow, enhancing the bright and airy feel of this beautifully designed space.

私領域則延續溫潤基調，以暖色織品結合柔光壁燈，氤氳出靜謐沉穩的休憩氛圍。此外，利用簡約木質襯托清爽色調，呼應年輕族群的日常節奏，營造輕鬆愜意的生活情景。書房則配置系統櫃與展示櫃，整合收納與陳列機能，使空間井然有序，並在學習與工作間增添專注優雅氣質。

The private space exudes a warm and inviting ambiance, where soft-hued textiles harmoniously blend with gently diffused wall lamps, creating a tranquil setting perfect for relaxation. Additionally, minimalist wood accents complement the crisp color palette, enhancing the overall aesthetic and resonating with the daily rhythms of younger residents. This thoughtful design cultivates a relaxed and comfortable living environment that feels both inviting and modern. Moving into the study area, one finds an array of integrated storage and display cabinets. These elements not only unify the functions of organization and presentation but also contribute to a sense of order. As a result, the study and work areas maintain a clean and polished appearance, while simultaneously adding an air of focused elegance that inspires productivity. Overall, this carefully curated space fosters a balance between comfort, functionality, and style.

此案秉持環境永續精神，透過精準選材與設備配置，兼顧居住健康與能源效益。全室配置防霾紗窗與吊隱式除濕機，不僅保持空氣清新流通，又能長效調節濕度，創造四季宜居的舒心環境。另外，照明設計則以 LED 與間接光源為主，於美感之中實踐節能減碳，展現對永續環境的承諾。

This project passionately embodies the principles of environmental sustainability, skillfully balancing residential health and energy efficiency through meticulous material selection and innovative equipment configuration. The residence is thoughtfully designed to incorporate anti-smog window screens and concealed dehumidifiers. Consequently, these features ensure a continuous flow of fresh air while effectively managing humidity levels throughout the year, thus fostering a comfortable and inviting living environment. Moreover, the lighting design serves as a testament to our commitment to sustainability; it primarily employs LED and indirect light sources. This choice not only conserves energy but also significantly reduces carbon emissions, all while maintaining a visually appealing atmosphere. In summary, this project demonstrates a profound dedication to environmental sustainability, showcasing how thoughtful design can enhance both living quality and ecological responsibility.
